At Marloyn, we are committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and customer-friendly shipping experience for our US customers.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Express Shipping: $19.90
- Standard Shipping (Orders $69.00 and up): Free
- Standard Shipping (Orders $1.00 – $68.99): $9.90
All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
No hidden fees apply.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-8) are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframe (US Orders)
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after processing
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing
Delivery timeframes are calculated from the shipment date.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.
5. Couriers & Packaging
We arrange order shipments through trusted logistics partners, with final delivery handled by local carriers.
All shipments include basic transportation protection to reduce the risk of loss or damage during transit.
We are committed to using eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible to ensure product safety while minimizing environmental impact.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
You may also track your order through our Track Your Order page.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed as lost.
8. Returns Overview
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In original packaging
For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
No restocking fees apply.
9. Return Shipping Instructions
For defective or incorrect items, a prepaid return label will be issued.
For other returns, please use a trackable shipping method and email the tracking number to info@marloyn.com.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Hygiene-related products (unless unopened)
