1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days after processing
  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $69.00 and above. Orders below $69.00 qualify for standard shipping at a flat rate.

3. Where is Marloyn located?

Marloyn is an online-only store based in the United States. We currently ship within the United States only.

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it may be returned in accordance with our return policy.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is free
  • Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Yes. All purchases are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

At this time, Marloyn ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

11. Do you have a physical store?

No. Marloyn is an online-only store, which allows us to offer competitive pricing and efficient service.

12. Can I place a bulk or business order?

Yes. If you are interested in placing a bulk or business (B2B) order, please contact our support team to discuss your needs.

13. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
